आज की यात्रा का अनुभव काफी खराब रहा। ट्रेन लगभग 4 घंटे लेट थी, जिससे यात्रियों को काफी परेशानी हुई। इसके अलावा ट्रेन स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी बहुत रूड और असहयोगपूर्ण था। ट्रेन में साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था भी बिल्कुल संतोषजनक नहीं थी। उम्मीद है कि भविष्य में इन समस्याओं पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा ताकि यात्रियों को बेहतर सुविधा मिल सके।

This train has never been on time even if it's special. Nothing of this train defines why this train is special. the fare is higher than other better trains just because of the name. this train is the worst train to travel.

समय का महत्व नही रखा जाता है ट्रेन लेट क्यों चल रही है ? हमारे कम्पार्टमेंट के वाशरूम मे लिक्विड सोप क्यों नहीं है ?
