This booking of tickets were done for two seniors citizens and had chosen to the option for lower berth. But it really very bad to know that on boarding the train these seats were upper berth which was difficult for senior citizens to get up there.
its terrible experience that for long distance booking it is difficult to manage. For short distance it can be adjusted for a while. But here it becomes very bad situation to manage. please take care of your descriptions given while taking the booking and after the confirmation also it showed that lower berth was allotted. But in the train all were upper berth given to senior citizens. please improve your services
