Food quality is worst, what we can expect from irctc, vendors were charging extra amount for water and tea, and no one was there to whom we can raise this issue, toilet and washbasin were choked

food Quantity is good but Quality some short. I give 130 Rs of food but not satisfy any person. I hope railway department talk to this subject. thanks

The AC didn't work properly. The first few hours went good but after that, the AC had problems. I think it was someone who turned the AC down. Please monitor the AC temp.

Only one thing that pls stop selling tea in ac bogie early morning because they shout a loud tea tea, it feels like we are traveling in sleeper class ,make there time after 8am

Train arrived New Delhi before time but left late which kept on adding and delayedore than a hour upto final fest.

Good train, you get tickets easily. Most bogies are the new ones except a few. Power sockets work intermittently. Left on time and arrived before time at all stations.

Diverted the route and didn't inform and also confirm ticket should update with a message that blanket will not be given

Route not updated anywhere. Passengers not informed about the route. Railways booking ticket till Amritsar but trains last station is Ambala cantt. Railway is looting the poor public in the name of Covid special train. Will not be reimbursed for the extra fare taken from us. No facilities to go ahead from Ambala made by the govt. No social distancing maintained. Train delayed by almost 3hrs.
