Train punctuality is good but train cleanliness is very bed .I travelling to 3 AC but AC not Cooling .B-4 Third AC door not closed proper .I call to 139 and register complaint regarding AC door,cleanliness but my complaint not resolved.

very poor quality,from starting no water,broken toilet room,water leakage no coach bit no any support,pls suggest next time not take reservations.
