Train mantainence is ZERO, all the screws of seats are almost out of the socket.
Dinner provided was of the worst quality.
The only thing I liked were the snacks.

worst train. the train delayed and started from ypr at 2PM and reached cuttack around 10PM which is delayed by around 12hrs. just came because there was no other availability

This train never runs on time before departure this train got delayed 9 hours and after when it started it delayed 8 hours more i was about to reached at 12pm now I'm reaching at 4am the food is worse everything is worse as per my experience if you're in a emergency then it's ok but ignore this

Train is not yet departed from the Source Station, but you app show wrong timing. Due yo this passenger traveling get confused at what time i have to be in the station at Duvada Sation. kindly send me the alert & arrival time at Duvada Station.

I have never seen a worse train in my entire life. 23 hours late. People's time is not worth it. The maximum speed of this train is 50 km/h. What train is this?

the worst train i ever saw... those Star i mistakenly pressed... punctuality!!!??19 hrs late .... train washroom is so dirty, unclean... no food....
please don't waste your money on this train.... please

Dear IRCTC,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience on Train No. 02864/YPR SRC Special. The train was delayed by over 9 hours, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our entire schedule.
Such a long delay without proper updates or alternative arrangements reflects very poorly on the quality of service. Passengers' time and commitments are clearly not valued. This kind of service is unacceptable from a national transporter like Indian Railways.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and corrective steps are taken to improve punctuality and passenger communication.

very bad train.
1. Arrived delayed by 8 hours
2. terminated at Santragachi instead of Howrah jn and it created a lot of issues.
I will never recommend this train better to choose another option

èmbarrassed to see the performance òf train 02864/02863. The concerned train speed cannot be determined for delay in its performance. Therefore abandon this train from its operation.

Terrific experience.i have booked 3E but AC is not working from boarding station.8hours late.no one are taking complaints.Dont travel in this train.its name only spl but it very bad than General Coach.

Toilets are not clean properly after Renigunta station. food Suppliers are not providing the Bills. Food rate is More High... They are taking Food from Out Side and Selling in side the Train..
