punctuality- minus (-)100..late by 17 hours and no amenities at Santragachi stn even tovwait till the time.
food quality - minus (-) 100 there is no pantry in it.

Coaches conditions need to improve and and pantry cooked foods were ok but we paid 130 rs for egg meal which I was over charged In terms of quantities

Train on time.....But 3A not cleaning properly its look like sleeper class.
and toilet looks like roadside free toilet,when i come inside toilet i see there full off water and urine chi....no cleaning no hygenic....
