Train is good but no cleaning bathroom, in AC coach doors is very bad, always open and AC going out, nobody not taking any action of maintenance team.

very bad service by catering guys,They are taken 120 rupees for meal and they provide only little rice ,and less quantity of veg curry and dal.also they are taken 20 rupees for each Railneer water bottel.

This is a train running always late and delayed by scheduled time, so we can't believe on this train to reach on time.
Service was also bad.
Behavior of the person serving for bed shits was not good.
So overall it was bad experience.

nice train coach Also good, cleaning excellent, but late by 3 hours , food quality very bad, book a food travels khana on line very bad food to serve , cost is very high, but nice and comfortable journey.

Dear all,
please reserve a ticket in this train only if u r not getting a ticket in any train by any means... Only the best thing is train quality is good.. rest food an punctuality is very poor..

Regularly Late. Once delayed the delay time keeps increasing rather than reducing.. Superfast charges should be reversed for trains not meeting the Superfast time

Don't advice any one to travel any special train. No cleaning no timings no pantry. No one in train for listening you. No cleaner no security guard. If you have little baby then his food is only item's you have taken from home no one in train to give hot water also. Don't travel in any special train.

The train started on right time but kept on delayed arrival as we proceed towards destination. No on board cleaning as well as there was no cleaning on major station. The waste bins were full. There is no pantry hence food is not available in time. The upper berth head space has been reduced drastically and one can not even sit properly.

coach was of rajdhani, but bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover provided was in very dirty condition as if like just to complete formality of supplying bedroll of some other used train was provided.
so pity condition of Indian railways that they can't provide better service to the customers and they are thinking of getting modernised.

Service was ok.The train runs very late and causes a lot of inconvenience.But the 3 tier ac was good.But should never board such train.It was late by 9.00 hrs
