we have another train 1/8/26 from BBS to HWH at 9:35 am (Duronto express) but train 02812 is delayed by 3hrs 9 minutes.Here i request
you to please coordinate with loco pilots and station master to see the matter as soon as possible and cover the delayed time as much as do reach me before 9am at Bhubaneswar.

Boge need to replace and Toilet size was very small . More handle need in toilet for old lady to hold while getting up.
