As per confirm ticket app D2 Coach @ Back side,I am waiting back side.But D2 Coach came to front side.Dont give wrong information.I have suffered a lot.

all windows are dirty toilets are not clean found cockroaches in the compartments
when it reaches it must be aloted platform no 1 as many senior citizens ladies and children face problem to climb escalators and the lift is occupied by youngsters it must be moniter properly

food need to improve, at S9 washing basin pipe is leaking water is coming outside and coming to neat its upto the mark.

railways should take care of passengers especially senior citizens. there are people who chew gutka and tobacco and irritate other passengers

train wait time on our station was less than a minute,we were about to tumble down with our luggage small kid off as the train started moving,we had to run along to catch our coach,it was a terrible experience
