Food was not provided on board. please allot lower or atleast middle berths to senior citizens, especially women. Kindly consider their physical disability. Otherwise why do you ask for our preference if it's not considered.

I am 77 years old who was alloted side upper berth. 90% of senior citizens are ortho and diabetes patients who can not climb up and get down to use toilets. Why railway is not considering these facts while shooting berths?
