Toilet very bad smell. We both old age person.No western toilet. Not clean. 2nd A/C. How can we travel next time. Comportment some time power cut.

Tatkal reservation window was not active between 11am to 11:15 am. 50+ tickets were available while booking and by the time ticket was booked it turned to waiting list. Full amount has to be refunded in such cases but 100 rupees deducted and only 180 rupees refunded which is not good
