Cleanliness, Punctuality and Food/Pantry are not my issues... My issues are the *Signages and Public Announcement*.
I was present there at platform no. 3 in agra cantt half an hour(9:45am) before. However due to technical issues of these signages and public speaker. I missed my train.
My money and time both got waste.

No bedsheets, no pillow ,no blanket, taking money hole, no ac facility available in compartment, why are you taking total amount, amount full and facility s half ,why , government making fool to common meni am very disappointed with this system

Toilet are as usual very well maintained dirty and bad smelly.. Railway can't be able to make cleanliness in their trains in this life span.

Precautions or Covid protocol is not followed by catering team and a good number of passengers. Toilet to be clean and ensure water availability throughout the journey please

No cleaning staff. No water in bogie. No police staff. TTE came and just confirmed occupying seat. Frequent sellers. This was the condition in AC.II tier(A1 seat 13) on 14th October 2020 in train no. 02626 New Delhi Trivandrum special train. Really special features. kindly look into the matter.

train time per nahi aayi...jiske karan hamari wapsi ki ticket k paise bhi paani m chale gaye... jo hamko 7:25 per Mathura se gwalior aana tha... paisa wapas do dono taraf ka...
