Train was late by 6 hrs. Official reason unknown.
The provision of compensation in such cases are highly appreciable.

Very good but people are taking advantage of smoking and chewing tobacco gutkas and spitting in the basin and maintenance of toilet cleanliness zero.

at night from manmad i was at B2 COACH SEAT 54 & 56 there were youngsters playing cards at night when entered the train at 1-15 am at manmad station, also they had changed seats with other passengers, making sound at late night, and i was not able to sleep, even after the TC's instructions they were playing and disturbing other passengers and me too. hope there should be a strict rule regarding late night lights and sleeping time.

Pantry boy charged higher than their print rate. I.e for railneer water bottle they charged 20rs.

userfriendly application ever invented by mankind. There is no captcha problem in this application. In irctc train booking, captcha problem is a headache whereas confirm ticket is fast, reliable. Its worth downloading this application for hassle free train booking. I am indebted to its developers.
Train quality is improved a lot. I give 5 star rating.
