punctuality is good but train is not clean properly seats no clean and seat belt is also broken and main point washroom is not cleaning and bad smelling also. please provide cleanliness with hygienic care properly.

Coaches very dirty.. not Cleaning as well as toilet..
this Train Running very Longest route so why not attach LHB Coaches

Timing is ok but train conditions is too bad. food quality is very-very poor never ever traveling again with this train.

After 30 minutes late train running good till last destination but food is not provided due to covid19 but overall good journey thank you

My berth was totally dirty, when I asked pantry seller about cleanliness his response was too bad.
