Reservation booked lots time before but seat alloted lower bearth for sr. citizen not reserved but below 25 year person seat alloted. This is not fare deal. pl I am requested to train operation system pl consider my advice.

please take necessary action as Ghaziabad railway station, kinnar are disturbing normal passenger every day. why railway security staff or Railway police allows them to enter in train and station without journey tickets
