Reserve ticket but in coach seat number not available.why? In coach tte not available. People were quarrel each other for seat.Pessenger first who come he captured seat. Reserve is value less. What happened in rly?

There was no security in my compartment, when I entered in my reserved compartment there was a person who drunk alcohol ,was misbehaving with me.. this is not acceptable ...
