I m using your shram shakti train facility from five years but every time I book the tickets of lower birth but there is nothing book my ticket of lower birth I have a small child I suffer very hardly to my own journey so plz next time I hope you give me lower birth. thank u.

no social distancing also no hygienic precautions care by the people very careless people very unpunctual they forget to flush the lateran but at Kanpur Central the railway staff was awesome
