Cleaning not there as per look like flight,when Tickets charges are high then all should proper maintained,,Food vendor serving Tea and Snacks not well dressed it's look like Road side.

The train is very good but due to some problem the train was late for two hours. My problem was the bathroom smelled a lot. Everything else was fine, we r not taking food

Very poor train service... always running late, no water and food even in Executive class complimentary now, poor waiters and attendents, AC not working properly in E1 coach. Safaiwala needs to be called to.clean the floor area when we boarded from Kanpur

If Train like Vande Bharat gets delayed by 3 hours then what can we expect from other trains.
Chairs were very uncomfortable it should not be more then 4 hours journey for such trains.

Why AC are not kept on
