train was 4 hours late however the punctuality is not at all good train polity housekeeping was worst third the food quality was stale and all the IRCTC employee was not at all Cooperative they were too much rude with all the passengers and not at all listening to anyone's

I have booked the ticket on 5 July and it was 17 waiting but it's get confirmed.
I get m3 3E seat 5.
Train was on time and every thing was ok but the only problem was there is a leakage in the AC duct and water was running all over the seat.
I complained about it and they did nothing but clean the floor 2 or 3 times and said they can't fix this problem.

6 -6 ghante train late ho rahi hai espar koe dhyan nahi hai passenger pareshan ho rahi aur ticket ke paise pura liya ja raha hai eske liye bhi kanoon banana chahiye ki jo trai one hr se jayada late hogi us condition me passenger ka full paisa refund ho, eske bad sbhi Sarkar jagrup ho jayengi
