1st time traveling..very bad experience....we are waiting for 3hrs as maintenance staff is saying there is some issue in train engine .god knows how much time it will take more...ac is also not working...babies are not feeling comfortable,they are annoying.Till I am typing this msg train is already 3hrs late

food was not available in the train not even a bottle water but on the time of booking this was mentioned that food will be provided in the train.

better to book ticket from irctc website rather than...Tatkal waiting cancellation is done automatically with full refund buy you have deducted my money which I have earned working hard.....No one gone through the rules and regulations while taking ticket because of limited time and ticket and so as I was.....nd get it deducted from refund...it's shameful

Good train, running mostly on time, nice clean coaches, need to improve toilet cleaning and need to reduce halts, there are too many halts.
