Dust bin, compartment, wash room, have very dirty.
Bio-toilets hone ke bawjud over flow tha. Koi dekhane ya cleen karne wala bhi kisi bade station par nahi aaya. I think eske liye kisi ki jimmedari Tay honi chaiye. Train one hour late Delhi arrived Hui. IRCTC ki cattering service me koi billing statement nahi hai.

People was using it like it's general boggy. Those who were traveling without ticket or ticket of general class disturbed all passengers of 3 tier A.C. badly.

But security not ok for passengers my father and mother travel into the train and one guy capture my mother seat and he,s sleeping my father says this both of my seats you take another seat but he was fight with him my name is imran and my father ask railway department who responsible this atack of my father who secure him were is railway gaurds and police for save inocent passengers

Kindly help us get the most of the railway services by improving the pantry services and hiring some good staffs there. Also, the food served now is intolerably bad. I got an egg biryani yesterday brought by one of your staffs that happens to be equally detestable.
