this train is super because my Dad was a driver... 1987 he retired.Train quality and punctuality 100% very good..Regarding food I have not ordered because am traveling from CKP TO ROURKELA.

The TT in S12 is bribing passengers to offer a sleeper seat. That seat was then taken back by the reserved passenger. The TT then Misbehaved with me when I further asked for a vacant seat, threatened me to keep my mouth shut and asked for more money. The TT is misusing his power. Scam is going on that train. I wish I had made a video proof.

Train was very dirty and too much of dust,As per my knowledge nobody cleaning staff in thi depart ment requirements for cleaning department,Govt just play with people ,now covid time but train is so Durty.......Really Surperised totaly Westage of mony...also i think govt thinking is General People like animel......??????

Kharagpur to CST not available water for toilet. So I have complained about this issue. I have told cleaning supervisor and cleaner bouth are told T.C . But not salutations issue. So I have complained 139. One massage come my phone ,bhusawal station filled in water, again i will check after bhusawal station but not respond my complain.

All are good but food and pantry service is not good. Cleaning department also bed experience they are pressured for ther tips
