train are looking smart but inside of the train their toilels and wash basins is max time find blocked, please how to improve ? firstly check and give the some tips to passengers and charge their illiteracy like smoking, pouches, wast in plats when cleaning at a time charged them . it's action should be make Swaksh train of India. thank Sir
