the train got delayed from the origin station....that too 4 hours... I had to spent whole night in waiting room without sleeping 😪

worst train ever experienced in my life till date. no punctuality at all.. no food, no water, ticket also too costly.
please prefer going in regular train instead of festival special trains.

3hrs late running, no cleanliness and no blanket, when we ask they don't have pillow also. very disaster train.

S11 coach, all the toilets with out water entire journey period.. this coach may be very old and not maintained.. seat number 65, 66 & 67.. the vertical support base welding is disconnectefd

Highly Five Hours Delay. There is no AC waiting hall for the AC Class passengers. There is no announcement about the Coach Details and timeline announcement.

Train was late by 5 hours 40 minutes
No one is bothering to send the train on time... Every where this train only stopped for crossing

Cancelled the tickets as the train was too late , that is 11 hrs !!!fare is not refunded for some reason .wonder how a train can be late for eleven hours.money should be refunded as it is the negligence of railway and dont make the passengers suffer pls.

getting worse day by day... no proper cleaning of toilet. The attendent was missing several time, and was not at all trained.

The train number 02198 was terribly late for more than 6 hours. It stopped on every station to let other ttains pass and there were not a single man to clean the coaches. Pantry is also not in this train.
