The worst experience ever. I requested IRCTC please remove the punctuality word for this train. Before booking this train check the running status. It's a really bad experience.

This train is always late due to which I missed another connecting train for very long route. and there was no water after mangalore in train in washroom also.

very dirty train not suitable for senior citizen and small children all people sit in between sit people are unable to go to washroom and bathroom

please prefer going in regular train instead of festival special trains.

S11 coach, all the toilets with out water entire journey period.. this coach may be very old and not maintained.. seat number 65, 66 & 67.. the vertical support base welding is disconnectefd

Highly Five Hours Delay. There is no AC waiting hall for the AC Class passengers. There is no announcement about the Coach Details and timeline announcement.

Cancelled the tickets as the train was too late , that is 11 hrs !!!fare is not refunded for some reason .wonder how a train can be late for eleven hours.money should be refunded as it is the negligence of railway and dont make the passengers suffer pls.

The train number 02198 was terribly late for more than 6 hours. It stopped on every station to let other ttains pass and there were not a single man to clean the coaches. Pantry is also not in this train.
