vendor are selling water bottle 20 rs..tea without taste 10 rs and vulgar language used at itarsi..popcorn of 10 rs sold at 20 rs..without reservation people coming ..no TT till itarsi..one tt came in jabalpur..slapping passenger

The train running is very fast & timeing wroking is nys....and food is testy & Train working is man good stronglly...

It was very poor cleanliness and did not serve an pleasant journey at all. IRCTC staff kept a drum full of icey water in front of my compartment and they were doing their selling from there.
Through out journey there were water on the floor. Toilets were not clean and soaps were not provided at wash basin to clean your hands.
Today when we are facing Covid 19 like pandemic, my experience was very bad and I expect much better response from Indian Railways.

Toilet not clean and not prorer water supply in toilet seat food and pantry samose vale ne 50rupaye liye our 20rupaya ke 3samose diye our paise return kiye bina chala gya burhanpur station ki ghatna hai
