i would suggest not to travel with this train it's special by its name only otherwise worst train travel experience I have got ... again suggestion from my side to book another train's ticket rather than this ... I have boarded from Dadar @3:45am ( it's time was @1:35 ) and reached Bhusawal Station @4:00pm next day ( actually time @8:30am) also train was halted on loop line to pass other expresses for 1hr30mins duration after every 20-25mins of run... worst worst worst .!

the train was not on time it was almost 12 hours late and our whole schedule got disturbed because of this

worst experience in this train, train was 4 hours delay from shegaon and reached Nagpur at 7 instead of 03:15 p.m.

The train was delayed by 5 hrs and also waiting for a long time in between travelling.

Railway ke system ko bahot sudharne ki jarurat hai, koi kidhar bhi baith jaata hai. Public place pe kuch tapori ladke shor karte hai. Konsa dabba kidhar aayega koi help centre nhi on the platform pe.

1. Observation - Canteen staff not wearing mask, while selling food products.
2. No body has come from cleaning department. As the sleeper coach was not clean properly - Ex - Toilet was chokup, floor was not clean, etc.

I have not taken food in train, so no experience about food,, overall very good train.

The train is continuously clean by the staff. Train in on time til now. Food quality need to improve.

TRAIN QUALITY VERY BAD, AS COACH S1 WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION... PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH A NEW COACH.
