Railway ke system ko bahot sudharne ki jarurat hai, koi kidhar bhi baith jaata hai. Public place pe kuch tapori ladke shor karte hai. Konsa dabba kidhar aayega koi help centre nhi on the platform pe.

1. Observation - Canteen staff not wearing mask, while selling food products.
2. No body has come from cleaning department. As the sleeper coach was not clean properly - Ex - Toilet was chokup, floor was not clean, etc.

I have not taken food in train, so no experience about food,, overall very good train.

The train is continuously clean by the staff. Train in on time til now. Food quality need to improve.
