Pantry staff are charging more than MRP on food , water and cold drinks. Lighting is not proper in toilets. Toilets are not clean.Pantry staff don't show menu card if demanded for the same. Kindly look into it.

Booking practice is really bad. If irctc not confirming tkt due to any reason, refund should get back within 2 to 3 hours instead of keeping in wallet.
