Some seats in my coach were torn.Food quality not good and cleanliness also not good, Hand wash dispenser was empty in toilet.

Train bogies were new. Bathrooms were not clean and flush, hand shower were not working properly. Liquid soap discharger was empty all the time. and most worst thing was punctuality. It reached my destination 4 hour late.

water was not available for the whole journey from Ambala to Gwalior in the washrooms and besins. Complete mismanagement of railways.

there is so many charging plugs in S4 but none o f them are working ....train's toilet is worse.

Need to improve quality, tiolet cleanliness and most importantly train always late from 1-3 hrs which is not good practice with special trains.
