train is too much late

There is no punctuality, train late by 3.30hrs. For 7 hrs journey we have paid our appx 12 hrs. In fact the holiday special train IRCT charges a higher rate compared with regular train rate. So accordingly needs to improve the punctuality also there is no pantry section in this train so lots of people travel by foodless.

No pantry, The hawkers in the train sell according to their Rate, no punctual it was 7 hrs late, miss many thing , family got annoyed
