Train was 6 hours late with no pantry availability all the time, holiday special concept should be withdrawn as nothing is special in the train

The train timing was 11.50am but did not start till 3 pm . almost 4-5 hours delay. totally worst experience. need to take this issue on priority to change this...

water not available in the train
wash basin paipe not proper
