This is the worst train experience IтАЩve ever had. The train is delayed by more than 7 hours, and there is no proper information or updates provided to passengers.Is this what you call punctual service? This kind of delay is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility towards passengersтАЩ time and convenience.Strict action should be taken to improve such poor service.

pethetic train ever..because of this train we missed our train from ltt to dimapur. worse experience never recommend anyone to travel from this train.

the first of all the train was late by 2 hour 30 minutes okay and another important thing is that the train arrive in Mumbai but didn't stop till last stop let's stopped in the middle of the station in Thane at was not last stop last stop watch Tilak Nagar so I am so this wanted in this train I will never book ever again in this train I will change my name it was a worst experience

The train was not on time hence I was not able to travel in it as there was a delay for more than 3-4 hours. I have to travel due to medical emergency and was not able to do it due to this delay.
I have applied for refunds.
please process it asap.
