It's a bad experience, total 5.30 hours late also during travel reached late at next day morning 5.30 am at Kalyan instead of 10 pm. Railway customer care also not pick up call. No one share exact issue of delay.

feeling very bad because of washroom. they are very poor condition. water is not available in washroom. all births means seats was not cleaned and not maintain .
