Train is very new. But poor maintenance. Toilets are not maintained properly. Authorities must look into this matter. This is the condition of a Second A/C coach. Rest for your assumptions.

Yaaa it's nice.... arrangement exam-clean, seat, washroom, everything nice.But I don't know it's pantuality or not. why because I am going this root fast time that's y.but it's very good. Ya one more think train quality also good

Bad and stenching toilet. The floors in the first class compartment not very clean. The berths were very dusty.

No water facility. Toilets were in poor condition. water logging. There is a difficulty in climbing the upper berth. the side step is not in the new coached. the push button in toilet flush is not working and rusted. the materials (window and water pocket) are inferior quality. Many beggars climbed in the coach. No food is served in the long distance train. At least packed ready made food could be served. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet. bad smell in the toilet. please improve the above facilities. Regards,

In 3rd-AC coach there was utter dirty and AC temperature was not that good and we were feeling suffocated also..Please keep the dignity of AC coaches hereafter...

during covid pandemic our Railway department have maintained very well compartments, stations n more. very happy with safe journey
