very bad cleanup service, at gangway black grease spread at the door border. no coach attend found. old used bedroll given, waste food found inside blanket. hairs on pillows. train journey cancelled at thane station without any advance information. very bad service after taking extra charges for special train for holiday season.

Quality of the train is very poor. punctulity is not at all every time 1,2,hour late. food i am not take.
