worst management about special trains. train late by 7 hrs.. NO water supply in Delhi S1-2-3-4-5-6 water was filled at Panvel Jn Later train was terminated at Thane..In future no booking with special festival train....worst experience....

bad service train cancelled at thane station no prior information given senior citizen others had difficulty to go to dadar and cst with heavy luggage please refund the entire train amount as i had to incurr extra expenditure to reach home

The Train was delayed by more than 4 hours , even the washrooms were not properly cleaned . Also a lot of Unreserved Passengers were on board the Sleeper coach which make it very difficult for the other passengers , overall the experience was quite pathetic

2min. time to given to enter in campartment is less because campartment not coming in exact location mentioned on platform.

waiting list passenger were crowding inside the train, causing problems for confirm seat passengers. action has to be taken against the TC as well as the passenger

D /3 Coach is short windows modified coaches other than original coaches of which specially made in workshop not original janshatabi coach not proper ventilation stop this foolish
connect proper origanal coaches
of large window sliding windows coaches third class experience with janshatabi purchase new LHB coaches
