Worst experience ever on Train 01143. Pathetic punctuality—runs delayed by several hours without any explanation. There is an absolute lack of basic management: no water in the taps, dirty coaches, and the food served is completely unhygienic and inedible. Highly unrecommended for families or long journeys. Stay away!

Worst train journey of my life . No cleanliness in the train . The train is delayed by 8 hrs also no water in the toilets. Please avoid this train if you want a good train journey experience.

Maine is train se kai baar safar kiya hai, lekin iska timing bahut hi kharab hai. Train lagbhag har baar late chalti hai, jisse passengers ko kaafi pareshani hoti hai. Kal ke safar me bhi train samay par nahi thi. Agar railway is route par punctuality sudhare to yatriyon ko bahut suvidha hogi. Umeed hai ki is samasya par dhyan diya jayega aur train ko samay par chalane ki koshish ki jayegi.

Only 3 hours late The train authority has nothing to do passenger time and planning the employee gets payment and the rlys get advance money.

Amazing service 👏 A train delayed by 6 hours with zero information—truly world-class management. Maybe the plan is to test passengers’ patience instead of running trains on time. If this is “progress,” then expectations must be extremely low.

I recently travelled in Danapur SF Express (Train No. 01143) and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The train was delayed by more than 3.5 hours, stopped unnecessarily for a long time at Jaitwar station, and the washrooms were extremely dirty with no water available. This train is almost always late and very poorly maintained. Overall a completely disappointing journey the worst train I have ever travelled in.
