Toilets had a bad stink, should be cleaned every couple of hours or once every 3 hours.

not yet tasted the food. it is a request that tea and coffee to be provided without sugar,as you know many people have diabetes. please look into the matter.
too many extra passengers in reservation compartment...no any ticket checking or tc visit
lots of insects like cockroaches in compartment
train is full with people without ticket. not TC available for checking. most of people are drunk and using abuse language. not safety precautions like mask and social distance maintain
Customer satisfaction is an important issue that is more ignored by indian railways. If trains are late should be informed 4-7 hrs before departure not when you are at railway station you get to knw train is late. whatsapp message & sms both informations should be shared. Railway food is the major setback. why there is no proper quality control of food that is been served? why is not inspected daily? why its quality if not good? sometimes food are also over charged. cleanliness is another major problem. toilets smells. compartment dirt is everywhere. cleanness be high priority & soap dispenser should be in toilet. most charging ports don't work, sometimes fan, sometimes light, sometimes windows won't open or shut, some something is broken. why all this inspection are ot done daily? technology is movies so fast still booking system of indian railway is 30 years old with not proper customer service & easy processing.

excellent journey, didn't try the food; since the app insisted on a rating before permitting me to go forward, I was compelled to give a low rating for the food quality.
