Train was delayed by several hours, causing significant inconvenience to passengers. Proper updates regarding the delay were not provided. Punctuality and overall service need considerable improvement. Very disappointing travel experience.

Hi, this is the first time I have ever had in my life that the special train I had booked is running 5 - 6 hours late.
I have never expected that otherwise I haven't booked tickets.
Now because this train is running 5-6 hours late, my other train from Bandra Terminus to Vapi I have booked train (Kanpur Superfast Express) will be missing, I couldn't catch the train by 5:10 in the morning.
GKP CSMT SPL Train is about to arrive at Dadar Western Railway Station by 12:17 on 29/05/2026. but because this train is running 5 to 6 hours late I will miss my other train from Bandra Terminus to Vapi which I had booked earlier as per the timing of the train.
now this is so frustrating. How can a train running be so late. I want my money back which I had booked from Bandra Terminus to Vapi of kanpur super fast express train which will leave by 5:10 on 29/05/2026.
And also I want concession

Train No. 01080 (Gorakhpur–CSMT) running 8–9 hours late. Passengers stranded at station without proper updates or facilities. This is unacceptable despite full fare paid. Kindly explain the delay & take immediate action. @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial #TrainDelay #IndianRailways

Recommended this should be Stopped forever because it's time punctuality is 0. As well as in this train pantry car also not available.
