I would like to express my deep disappointment with the SPJ to LLT Special Train scheduled to depart on 28th May 2025 at 11:20 PM. Unfortunately, the train was delayed by an unacceptable 18 hours, and the rescheduled departure was only at 8:50 AM on 29th May 2025.
This kind of delay caused immense inconvenience, disrupted our travel plans, and led to unnecessary mental and physical stress. There was no proper communication or support provided during this long delay, and the overall experience was very frustrating and poorly managed.
I urge the concerned railway authorities to look into this matter seriously, ensure better scheduling and punctuality in the future, and improve passenger communication and facilities during such delays.

Well, the train is pretty clean and the food is also good but this train not punctual at all. Railway need to give this train more priority.
