Talking about the punctuality the TC's are very good at managing the relationship of the passenger at the time of the journey.

The train arrived late on the platform and the coach doors closed from inside but did not open quickly. Had a very bad experience. There was a smell in the bathroom. Garbage was in the bathroom.
