But the coach A1 was hopeless and I witnessed discomfort coz of severe vibration and jerks all along the journey, the sounds were as if travelling in a goods train. And during the lonavala Ghat section there was heavy sounds and severe vibration. We were literally worried untill we crossed the ghats. Luckily TC was also with us and he lodged a complaint and the team checked at lonavala an d Pune. Thanks to the TC Mr.Rodrigues

Toilets are very Bad, and too much dirty.. also TTR nothing customers care, or not a politely man. Indian railway TTR need more personal Manners Training and safety and Hygiene training. we are given More Cash railway travel but very bad comfortable. Tku

I have booked in D1 coach of train number 01019,, Actually you mentioned as covid special train,, but actually there was no strictness for passenger,, lot of rush in coach,, government announced keep distance atleast 1mtr,, but actual what you do dont bother about this,, 3rd class service for IRCTC,,you should be able to provide limited booking for passenger.

It's too worst maintenance, toilets not cleaning, no water in the toilets, no response to any staff. Totally 0/10 marks

Food peddlers are selling food items inside the train ...no precautions are taking...even railway security allowing inside the train...by demanding food items in favour... There is no proper security precautions inside the train...
