After all tickt not confrm . and not getting any cancle massge from confirmtkt app .and after travel TC charge the extra amount ,i said her we ready to the refund amount but she is very rood we are from middle class family she don't want understand the situation still charged the extra amount there is no sit to sit full night we travel by standing and the end you get extra charges.and also this app also cut the cancellation charges .. seriously very very bad experience with the trains and the tkt and every thing.

Passengers with 3 tier Ac tickets were upgraded to First AC, which degraded the whole journey experience. They were making loud noises. And created a mess of the cabin. Disappointed

wrong seat no. I got S 10 berth no 7 . same berth another passenger got . lonavala passed but Ticket checker has not come .

Toilets are not well maintained.
walls and handle atleast should be clean
water supply stopped in wash basin suddenly

Train maintenance is required, one of the service maintenance person was carrying a shock absorber in his hand, yes it was broken.
