This document describes the privacy policy of Le Travenues Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "ixigo" or the "Company") having three different LOBs namely "ixigo", "Confirmtkt", "Abhibus" ("we", "us", or "our") and is designed to explain users of the Website, Mobile site and Mobile Apps including buyers of travel tickets, hotel booking customers, and other visitors — what data/information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Your use of and access to the Website, Mobile site and Mobile Apps and the services provided through (i) the Website, Mobile site and Mobile Apps and (ii) mobile site, mobile app and other offline channels including call centers and offices (“Other Interfaces”) are subject to this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision contained in this Privacy Notice, then please do not use or access the platforms or avail any of the Services.

Data Fiduciary under DPDP Act

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), Le Travenues Technology Limited acts as a “Data Fiduciary” with regard to the collection and processing of your personal data, and is committed to fulfilling all obligations therein, including obtaining valid consent, processing data for legitimate purposes, and enabling users to exercise their rights effectively.

Information We Collect

We collect and process your personal data solely for lawful purposes, with your consent where applicable, or in accordance with other valid grounds specified under the DPDP Act. The categories include:

Registration and KYC data - Name, gender, age, date of birth, contact details, passport details, profile picture, and identification documents.
Transactional data - Booking history, e-commerce activity, and buying behavior (excluding banking credentials).
Payment data - Handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store card details on our servers.
Usage and technical data - Cookies, session data, device identifiers, OS information, IP address, and browsing metadata.
User-submitted content - Reviews, questions, answers, and other contributions posted publicly.

Data Breach Response

In the event of any personal data breach that negatively impacts your rights, we will notify the Data Protection Board (once constituted under DPDP) and affected users, as required under the law.

Children's Data

Le Travenues Technology Limited does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without appropriate consent. We will obtain verifiable parental consent wherever necessary.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to store session information, analyze traffic, measure promotional effectiveness, and customize your experience. You are free to decline cookies if your browser permits, although some features may not function properly. We do not control cookies placed by third parties.

Confirmtkt ChatGPT App

The following section applies specifically to the Confirmtkt ChatGPT App a set of read-only travel search and information tools available within ChatGPT that let users search for trains. The App does not handle bookings, payments, or user accounts directly, it returns publicly available travel information and links to Confirmtkt platform for completing transactions.

What the App Does

The App is read-only - it searches and displays information but does not execute bookings, process payments, create user accounts, or modify any data.

Data Collection

The Confirmtkt ChatGPT App does not collect, store, or retain any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

No user accounts or logins are created
No cookies or tracking pixels are used
No analytics, telemetry, or behavioral data is collected
No advertising identifiers or device fingerprints are captured
No email addresses, phone numbers, names, or payment information are collected

Data Received from Users

The only data the App receives are the search parameters provided by the user through ChatGPT. These inputs are transient - used solely to query Confirmtkt APIs in real time and not stored after the response is returned.

Origin and destination station
Departure date and optional return date
Optional Passenger count (adults, children, infants)
Optional Class (SL, 3A, 2A, etc.)

Data Returned in Responses

The App returns only publicly available travel and service information:

Train Search - Train names, train numbers, time, duration, fares, and booking URLs to ConfirmTkt.com

The App does NOT return any of the following:

User account information, session tokens, or authentication data
Passenger names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any PII
Payment or billing information
Internal service IDs, debug data, or system metadata
IP addresses, device information, or location data
Booking history or past search results

Confirmtkt APIs

The App communicates exclusively with first-party Confirmtkt APIs operated by Le Travenues Technology Limited to fulfill search and tracking requests. Only the search parameters listed above are transmitted. No user identifiers, device information, ChatGPT session data, or personal information is forwarded. No third-party APIs or external services are involved.

Server Logging

The server maintains operational logs for debugging and reliability. These logs may contain search parameters (station names, dates, train numbers and station codes) and API response metadata (response times, error codes).

These logs do not contain any PII, user identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses, ChatGPT session identifiers, or device information. Logs are retained per standard infrastructure rotation and are not used for profiling, analytics, or marketing.

Data Retention

Each search is a stateless, real-time query. No search history, results, user interactions, or conversation context is stored or persisted. Transient operational logs are the only data retained, as described above.

User Controls

Opt-out - Users can stop using the App at any time by removing the connector from ChatGPT. No account deletion is needed since no accounts are created.
Data access - No user data is collected or stored, so there is nothing to access, export, or delete.
Booking - Clicking any booking link or deeplink navigates to the Confirmtkt website, which is governed by the general Confirmtkt Privacy Policy above.

Children's Privacy

The Confirmtkt ChatGPT App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not collect any personal information from any user.
